Our experience includes all aspects of corporate governance, advising on and securing approvals, carrying out due diligence audits, technology transfers and structuring mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Apart from drafting and negotiating the entire gamut of transactional documents we also advise multinational clients on optimal structuring options and entry/ investment strategies.
In addition to M&A, we also work extensively on commercial contracts such as equipment purchase/ supply agreements, distribution/ franchise arrangements, trademark licenses, master service agreements, consultancy/ employments contracts and so and so forth. We are also well equipped to take a transaction from start to finish – and are known for expert advise on all ancillary aspects to a M&A matter such as post acquisition advisory, entity formation, applications for regulatory approvals, corporate secretarial matters etc.
We are amongst the few legal practice who pioneered advisory in relation to the Companies Act, 2013. We have rich experience in advising clients on all aspects of the Companies Act, 2013 and our clients regularly seek our legal opinion on matters pertaining to company law. General corporate advisory (including securities and foreign exchange law) also forms a core aspect of our practice and we have extensive experience in the same.
